NOK Air
In July 2004 with NOK Air (www.nokair.com), Thai International Airlines (TG)'s entry into the low cost market, RRT Ltd. established a first customer in the South East Asia region. RESULTS is handling all the call-center and WEB traffic of the airline and interfaces to various external and internal systems.
South African Airways
SAA (South African Airways) launched its arm's length low cost airline Mango, (www.flymango.com), in November 2006. Mango is operating key domestic destinations in South Africa and uses Results for its call-center, web sales and airport operations. Mango is operating a fuel efficient fleet of Boeing 737-800.
VivaAerobus
In November 2006 VivaAerobus, (www.vivaaerobus.com), its scheduled operation by selling its single seat inventory on the Results platform and distribution through call-center and web channels. VivaAerobus is the also using the integrated Departure Control System for airport operations. VivaAerobus has been formed in Mexico as a strategic alliance between the Mexican bus group, IAMSA (Inversionistas en Autotransportes Mexicanos SA de CV), and the Irish backed RyanMex, the investment company of Dr. Tony Ryan, his family and other low cost aviation specialists. IAMSA is the biggest passenger bus transportation operator in Mexico .
FlyNordic
In October 2005 FlyNordic , migrated to the Results reservation system platform hosted by Amadeus in Erding, Germany., FlyNordic is a fully owned subsidiary to Finnair and transports approximately 110 000 passengers per month by more than 200 departures per week between Stockholm and Lule�, Ume�, Kiruna, �stersund, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen, Berlin, Munich, Dublin, Tallinn, Barcelona, Bordeaux, Grenoble, Turin, Alicante, Malaga and Nice.
AeroCalifornia
In early August 2006 AeroCalifornia , moved operation to the Results system for call-center and Interent web sales. AeroCalifornia is also the launch partner for the new 2nd generation Results DCS system. Aero California is a privately owned, Mexico based airline. Aero California initiated in 1982 with its jet flights using DC-9 aircraft. In 1989, the first international scheduled service was inaugurated between Los Angeles and La Paz, Loreto and Los Cabos. Currently, Aero California operates over 130 daily flights between 28 cities within Mexico and 1 in the United States.
ExpressJet
ExpressJet launched its own airline branded operation in first quarter 2007 . Results provides the complete sales platform for ExpressJet�s call-center, web, travel agency distribution and airport operations. ExpressJet with its more than 200 daily flights represents the biggest Results customer in terms of flight operations. ExpressJet is bringing a young fleet of planes and more comfort, convenience and quality customer service to cities that either did not have non-stop service, or had too few travel options. ExpressJet operates a fleet of Embraer ERJ-145 aircrafts.
XTRA Airways
In April 2006 XTRA Airways launched its scheduled operation by selling its single seat inventory on the Results platform. The system allows ticketless distribution with all major GDS and will provide the base for an upcoming direct internet sales booking engine. XTRA Airways is flying to and from Cleveland, Louisville, Memphis, Orlando, Cancun, Punta Cana and Costa Rica.
